Can anyone please advise on some methods of investment/transfering cash to another player's account?

I think you will find transferring game cash/assets is against the game rules.
 
Main game law is there to stop "unjustified enrichment or other profit" (Game World -> Laws).
 
Basically there has to be some kind of mutually beneficial exchange, you can't just transfer cash or assets.
