Hello there!
 
3-days tender, three last updates before the day of summing up are taken into account.
 
The winner of VIRTs is the best producer of an indicated product in an indicated region within 3 accounting days.
The ones to qualify are the first three according to the quality parameter (of items produced within the given update) and the first three according to the brand parameter (weighted average in a region within an update, only for retail goods). For qualified companies the production volume (in items) is taken into account for the ranking.
 
Can you please answer this question
The qualification (not registration) takes place during the first day of tender only or a player could be qualified within the second/third days if he/she rised the brand parameter for example?
