I think i can safely assume that I am among the very few dorks that have not given any attn. to efficiency issues, and entirely avoided reading any queries-solutions on the forum, let alone post one. But now, seeing my efficiency nearly touching ground zero, I think it would e wise to learn some lessons from the "ELDERS" of the game instead of being a hothead who jumped into the field without planning.
btw I am earning in the game arnd. 400K. It does look fun earning that much in the game at start, but if you can't open new establishment with efficiency always coming down, then the euphoria dies out quite quickly.... even though you are making profits
