I have two offices that aren't efficient on the Lien realm. They control my commerce divisions. One office only has 1 store to look after with 20 workers and the required number of workers is 1. However, when i set my staff number to 1 with the average city salary or up to 5 staff for that matter, it says that the level of administrative load is great and that the office can't handle that many high level enterprises. there's only 1 enterprise and it's just a store with 20 workers!!! I raised the number of office employees to 6 and this solved the problem of administrative load, bringning it down though to 66% still. why do i need so many office workers for just one store??? the office controls no other subdivision, only that one store, and it requires 6 men, with high qualifications. my production divisions don't need so much maintenance. it's the same story for my other commerce office. it takes care of only two stores but even that gives it too much headaches. why does it keep saying that only 1 worker is needed to handle these stores but in reality, it requires 6-10??? Their qualification levels are high (also, it says the only qual needed is 1.00 anyway) and they're fully equipped with computers. I don't understand it. someone help please!
