I have two offices that aren't efficient on the Lien realm. They control my commerce divisions. One office only has 1 store to look after with 20 workers and the required number of workers is 1. However, when i set my staff number to 1 with the average city salary or up to 5 staff for that matter, it says that the level of administrative load is great and that the office can't handle that many high level enterprises. there's only 1 enterprise and it's just a store with 20 workers!!! I raised the number of office employees to 6 and this solved the problem of administrative load, bringning it down though to 66% still. why do i need so many office workers for just one store??? the office controls no other subdivision, only that one store, and it requires 6 men, with high qualifications. my production divisions don't need so much maintenance. it's the same story for my other commerce office. it takes care of only two stores but even that gives it too much headaches. why does it keep saying that only 1 worker is needed to handle these stores but in reality, it requires 6-10??? Their qualification levels are high (also, it says the only qual needed is 1.00 anyway) and they're fully equipped with computers. I don't understand it. someone help please!

employees in your store obviously have higher qualification than factory employees. i have on mary realm in Mali office same thing...there says that i need 160 workers but 310 of them is the right number...because i have factory workers with qualification around 4

that makes sense. also, im buying watches from a supplier and it says the quality of the watch that i'm purchasing is 3.00 but when it comes to my store, the quality is 1.01. what the???

Is it possible you had 1.0 quality watches on stock and just bought a few of 3.0 so the sum quality increased to 1.01?

oh no im so silly, i was looking at the city average. lol that's embarassing. nah the quality of my watches is 3.0. lol.
 
on that note, how much higher should i price watches of 3.0 compared to 1.0? say average city price for watches is $1800 and the city average quality is 1.0. how much should i price my 3.0 watches? 3x higher? thanks.

put the price for next update around 2800 $ and see what happens with your sale. If they are selling good you can raise it for another 10%...of course it's important where you sell it. if U are selling watches in turkey then the 2000$ price will be much harder to rich then in some wealthier countries. Because of wealth level of your customers. hope i helped you a little

Advertising has a huge effect on staff requirements. The guidelines for staff requirements when advertising are also less than perfect.
 
You are advertising in your stores and in your offices that control them. My guess is that only 1 staff member is required for the store, the rest is for the advertising.
