i think because of goods you are selling...i noticed, that my stores where i sell technical goods and clothes have also high qualification demand...and the stores where i sell food and groceries is around 6...maybe because salespeople in technical and clothes and jewelery stores must know much more about products they are selling... Well this is how i get it

Scientists in labs need about 2, workers on factories - 1.04, and store staff needs 11+?!

The store is the second largest you can have in an expensive region with 120+ reputation.
I can't believe you only need 18 (16) employees!!
