Some words about strategy:

- you need to have good efficiency of your subdivisions to make your qualification grow up
- close laboratory, it's difficult to manage it with low qualification
- hire 5 employees with qualification 1..2 in your office and buy 5 computers with quality 1 for them
- fire some employees from your factories(about half)
- put 2-3 workers in your store
