As to my understand Feb. 4 is the last day of tendering but the accounting will begin in Feb. 2. It only means that starting Feb 2 update they would take into account your achievement in the competition and on Feb 4 they would sum up all of your achievement to determine the winner in the tender. Its a point system basis in this case.... GoodluckVery we!
