i will pay up to 1000 for carbon fiber. if quality is below 1.5 i will pay 850. i will need a supply of a couple hundred. thx so much.

Maybe produce it by yourself?
All you need is chemical factory and some raw materials (carbon contains mostly oil, and coal)
