i'm selling the most my subdivisions (~210-220 units):
1. Animal farms (poultry, cowshed. 5 tech, located in Africa, all poultry farms with livestock quality = 1.99. Price = assets)
2. Mills (4 tech, 4 size, located in Africa. Price = assets)
3. Factories (chains from natural resources to end-user's product, for example, automobile industry or bakery. Prices are different). But except science-industry.
4. Shops in London and Dubai (food, electronics, moto-car. Price = assets)
also i'm selling some products/resources today in big volumes and for lower prices than usually, for example, rubber, oil and meat.

At current moment available:
1. 68 animal farms. Sold = 30.
2. 0 mills. Sold = 59.
3. 39 factories. Sold = ~11-14.
4. 2 shops. Sold = 3.

2 shops and ~14-20 factories still available...
 
Factories' price = 70% of assets (lowest price can be set in game). Some factories costs less than machines on this factories! For example, steel factory - http://virtonomics.com/mary/main/unit/view/2199586 ... . Asset structure:
 
Technics = 50 649 724.84$
Buildings = 3 120 000.00$
Materials = 2 639 034.96$
TOTAL = 56 408 759.80$
 
Price for all = 39 486 131.87$ < 80% of technics! +This factory works on 5 tech - highest tech in the world at current moment!
