You know, that ores, oil and minerals change theirs prices dependent on volume of purchases. So, if we will buy its every day, prices will be arise very quickly.
 
I offer you buy all these resources only one day a week. Then prices will grow more slowly

В связи с реформой добывающей отрасли цены на руды растут в зависимости от доли закупок у независимых. Для уменьшения скорости роста цен предлагаю всем компаниям, использующим данные ресурсы, я прошу закупать эти ресурсы 1 раз в неделю. День будет обсуждаться, главное - согласие основных потребителей

and i dont changes prices according to orders i get.  i change them accordingly to my other "enemies". and what ql resource i have.
 
i wanna get as much as possibly offcourse, while the buyers will try to buy at an small prices as possible.
