oh, I don't mind being informed that my offer is perceived as unrealistic. It gives me the opportunity to add arguments. Or even to come to terms with the fact that this inventory is indeed of far less value than I'd hoped.
Frankly, I don't really understand why it cannot be interesting. The market for the products I mention is very inefficient. So, if anybody has an overstock of the products I'm looking for, they might offer them at a more reasonable price. Vice versa for the grain. At normal prices, custom duties and CTIE are more interesting.
In other words: such a deal might be interesting for both parties. Unless everybody has their own supply of grain, of course... But then I wonder who the people are that are buying my grain at $650 (granted, the quality is higher than 5)... |
