Well its time to use some of these points (about 12-18 range)
 
I plan on buying a state enterprise, and I would like your suggestions. ( that means you might want to bid when I auction it right? Well
 
EDIT: Let me clarify, I am buying this enterprise to auction it, that is why i want your input.
 
I already currently have iron ore,coal,salt and oil wells. Well

i didn't vote coz i think it pretty much depends on what kind of raw materialyour company   will  need and which industry  you are intereted in .

Edit my last comment might be mislead~ wasn't thinking then. if you wanna make money out it, i would say people are willing to bid high on farm(grain), plantation and sawmill, mines aren't worth much ~

just a question, is it true that you can change specialization on a grain farm, so that next year it produces cotton or sugar? or is that not possible.

But, of course, you need farm in city with different specializations.

btw,  I looked and turkey has suitable cities for all three crops with 4 quality which might work for you
 

EDIT: woops, sorry I didn't see that you were buying it to auction. for that reason, I don't know what you should get. usually mines don't do aswell as their unlimited reserve counterparts, so buy a farm or plantation.
 

however, why don't you just sell the virts? there will be buyers out there spending a couple of billion for a virts(me included) so that way you can satisfy more people, and make about same amount of money.
