Why license but not technology?

License cost ten times less usually but not always. license u can buy one individual factory. You a buy a technology u can use it for 2-unlimited factories.

Licenses are great if you only need it for a few factories or one. Like u would want to buy a license for machine factory. Or a Steel factory. Because u only need one or 2 of those factory.
