The procedure of joining clones has been introduced to the Mary realm. The joining rules are described below. To launch the procedure you have to open the bookmark "Company"/"Merging" of companies from the main account and enter the login and the password of the joining character. The mergers are only available for the companies of the current realm. This feature is available up to the last day of the month passed from the date of the final launch of the reform of the qualification system.
1. It is possible to merge companies created before September 30, 2009, which are not blocked, which have verified mail, which are not bankrupt or almost bankrupt, which do not have auctioned subdivisions, which have spent and unspent points on their account, bonuses, virts or exclusive rewards;
2. Only 5 clones can be merged with one company;
3. Company, which is merged with at least one clone, can’t be merged itself with something else;
4. It is forbidden to merge clone, which had at least once changed their owner in violation of effective rules of registration and selling of the companies. It is forbidden to merge clones owned by different players. In case of detection of such merging Administration has the exclusive right to block all direct or indirect participants of the transaction (present or former account owners, who participated in merging);
5. Upon merging the following will be transferred from the company’s clone to main company:
5.1. All cash of the clone with 15% commission;
5.2. All clone’s subdivisions (excluding offices in those regions where main company already has an office) while keeping all of data including contracts. Upon transfer all clone’s subdivisions are taken off from the common market of enterprises.
5.3. Main company should inherit access to all offers of the “only-for-certain-companies” kind where the clone was put;
5.4. All technologies bought and invented by clone. If at least one clone has invented the technology than the company will have it invented too. Clone’s offers on the market of technologies and licenses won’t be transferred. All applications for licenses on technologies added after merging are recalled;
5.5. All clone’s brands, excluding cases of replication of TM [note: in Virtonomics one company can’t have several TM for one product ;
5.6. All clone’s brands, franchises and transferred trademarks. Upon superposition of brands the maximum value in each city is chosen;
5.7. All clone’s subscriptions for paid services. If, for example, the paid subscription for 15 days for “Company’s logo” service is left on clone, than main company will receive this subscription for 15 days or will extend the existing one for 15 days;
5.8. All clone’s objects in office (as a result we get the best amongst all merged company’s clones office);
5.9. All prize and commemorative badges from company’s clones excluding ones duplicated and generated automatically;
5.10. All of clone’s gifts;
5.11. Clone’s forum titles;
5.12. All unspent in realm bonuses, virts etc., and also all information concerning points, bonuses, virts etc. spent in realm [note: bought but unspent points of company’s clones are not transferred if they are not bound to the realm on which the merging takes place];
5.13. All prepaid time of the clones, but no more than 180 updates in total;
5.14. All links to friends brought according to program “100 friends”;
5.15. Points of qualifications are combined according to the following rules:
5.15.1. At first the maximal value of qualification is taken, in spite of it being bought or upgraded. Meaning that when merging of the merchant-5 and merchant-10 the basic value will be 10;
5.15.2. For the character with the lesser qualification the number of the points spent for the rise of qualification will be determined and the points will be converted to rise of qualification of the unified character. Assume that in the example mentioned above the merchant-5 bought 3 points of qualification (spent 3 game points). In that case the unified character will have the qualification in the trading branch: 10+1(2 points for the rise of qualification from 10 to 11)=11;
5.15.3. Non-distributed upon merging balance of the points will be converted to qualifying points (points which can be spent for the rise of any qualification). In the above-mentioned example one point remained undistributed.
5.16. Upon merging the following is not transferred: data on fulfilled quests, level points (used in the gamers rating), automatically generated prizes (for rating, quests etc.), offers on technologies and licenses (to be deleted), auction bids (to be dropped off without tax refund), offices in those regions where main company already has an office. Personal correspondence, invitations and contacts are not transferred;
5.17. After merging the clone of the company is closed and character in the given realm is rendered null.
