Hello community. I recently got ahead and start playing the game.
I have a doubt about the Service Level of a Store, becouse aparently i have en Elite Service Level, but i'm not selling nothing.
 
I leave you a picture of the store, see if you can give me a hint on what Im doing wrong so i can fix it.

Hi, you don't need to sell anything in a store to have an Elite service level. It is determined by store space and number of sellers, as well as the number of departments.

Hello, and thanks for the response.
 
So, that means that my problem here its the product quality/price?
If that's the case I will see in the next update. Weird thing it's that the first day I sell making a profit of 500k, then it drops and haven't been able to sell anymore (i didnt change the price, right now im changing it to see if its that the case)
