Hey everyone!

I just started yesterday and I'd like to increase my management quickly; I've scoured the internet looking for a clear answer to my following questions, in vain.

Here they are:

1. Is there a table somewhere showing with each qualification level how many workers you can have per sector?
2. Let's say you're at Management Qualification 1 and can hire a max of 6 office workers before office efficiency starts to decrease: if I hire as many office workers as possible, will this increase my Management Qualification faster than if I keep efficiency at 100% in the office? I know the lower office efficiency would affect other subdivision efficiencies but for the first few turns it seems like I'm better off getting a headstart with Management. Or am I getting this all wrong? I roll!

Thanks for your feedback, really fun but (at first) complicated game!

It is indeed a very fun game but can be equally overwhelming at first.

1. I'm honestly not sure, if there is search for Top1 and Top 3 tables as your keywords as those are the values you are trying to max out. There are several legal scripts out their too which help you find and max these values.

2. Short answer: No. Your percentage gained each turn for the respective qualification is dependent on efficiency. If you over extend your limits you lower the efficiency and thus will slow your percentage gained in the qualification per turn.

For answering your Question number 1.

There is a Table showing you how many workers you can have in each sector in Total. By going to
List of forums -> Questions and answers. Help --> Attached: Qualification Growth. How it works, and then Slide down to top3 tables. But I haven't found any showing you how many workers and worker Qualification you could have in one Subdivison for Each Qualification Level so faar.

As a math and stats nerd, I have played around a lot with numbers related to this game, but this isn't one of areas I looked into.

Normally, you can just use the "look ahead" feature in each enterprise to see when you lose efficiency by hiring more people.  This usually requires waiting for repeated usage, as there is a lag in the game for updates.  However, I think this is fixed in the newer look/version (not sure???)!!

Even if you lose efficiency, you get a benefit of having more customers/profit (for stores/ front-facing enterprises), and faster increase in qualification in most cases, so its not worth it to get too lost in this, trust me!

For factories, tech is probably a bigger concern.  You can generally make more with better quality products, than with more of them.
