 Building 1. Since April, 20th we cancel Business Boosters: - System of quality control for Factories level 1, - Selection laboratory for Animal farms 1, 2 and 3 levels. All already installed boosters will work out its service life. Unfortunately, these boosters do not help beginners to make high quality products. 2. We introduce new Expenses Tax on building waste. This is an additional cost in the mass construction of units. - Payment is levied on companies that are built or improved at a time more than 30 enterprises of the same class in the same city. For each enterprise in excess of 30, a 2 percent penalty is charged to the total paid construction cost. Mines and Oil plants are not included. - Payment is levied on companies with more than 20 leased businesses (Store, Gas station, Services sector units) of the same class in one city. For each enterprise in excess of 20, a 5 percent penalty is charged to the total paid cost of renting distressed enterprises on an accrual basis. Offices, Warehouse and Villas centers are not included. - Payment is levied on companies that have more than 30 power plants (of any type) in one city with a total nominal capacity of more than 25,000 MW. For each power plant in excess of 30, a 3 percent penalty is imposed on the conditional total "general production expenses". At the moment, "Tax on building waste" is only calculated and displayed in financial reports without a real withdrawal of money from companies. The introduction of the payment system is planned for May 15, 2017 with a separate notification at least a week with a FINAL version of the changes. Expansion of some types of units To reduce the total number of units and increase the manageability of companies will be launched an action to expand certain types of units. The usual voting will determine the list of enterprises that will receive a new level. The start of the procedure will be launched on April 25. Politics We cancel the category of citizens "Not going to vote" in the city elections. Since April 21. |

Shame about removing the business boosters for smaller companies, they might not help beginners much now, but removing them certainly won't either...
I'm happy about that  Will we be able to vote on this forum or just on the russian forum? |

| - Removing those boosters should help alleviate the penalty on low production quality, which is particularly beneficial for smaller companies since the booster functions percentage-wise. Also it takes some learning for new players to manage a large number of divisions.
- The proposed additional payment seems rather small, not sure it's gonna help improve game performance ... - They will certainly need to allow larger sizes of apiaries.MUST! |
