Dear friends form Virtonomics,
 
I and many form my corp and friends from other corps have invested already 51% of the money for Tycoon Contest.
 
I hope you consider helping and we will try to invest a little more to finish if we see some progress. Currently only 35 players have invested, I would really like to see at least 35 more Very we! I think it is great if we can get all the money and start this contest. If you invest i know there are prizes, but if you miss out, then you get nothing. Even a little goes a long way.
 
If we can lets try to start the contest in end of Mach or beginning of April. I think 1-2 more months is enough to gather the money. I see many players with lots of cash - lets do something with it instead of let it sit around.
 
I wish you a fun 2017 and lets have more fun playing.

Yeah, big donators may feel a little bit sad.
I didn't participate for I had no money to donate.
 
These contests bring fresh air of excitement to the companies who are doing the boring and repetitive tasks such as daily maintenance, opening/closing stores, and those dear hoarders who are always busy calculating Price/Quality for all the stuff on the market and they never seem to be bored to death. I roll!
 
I agree that only donators should be in, but disagree to disqualify people who cannot pay over $1T. Just an opinion.

I think it's fine the way it is, sponsor get guaranteed qualification bonuses and for the other bonuses you have to make an effort. It's nivelating a little bit, even though for those with higher qualifications it's easier to compete.

On a related topic, does one keep the shagreen store in Helsinki minus the Shagreen at the end of the contest, or will it vanish? Asking as I started selling other stuff from there as well and would not like to lose my stock.
