I just recently came back from my long sleep, and I had an idea.
I have received a huge pile of rare resources from Gendalf , before he left, which I would like to make good use of.
So I decided to establish a new resource exchange.
The Intercontinental Exchange is a network of several warehouses from which anyone can order rare (game point) resources for decent prices. "Decent" means, that the prices will be lower than what is required to establish a mine (considering current VIRT prices).
Hopefully this will help the development of smaller players, who can not afford to buy a mine, or lack the neccessary skills to efficiently mine resources.
prices will be approximatly the following:
(Q 1.5) bauxit----- $19 000
(Q 1.67) copper-----$11 500
(Q 3.47) chemical minerals-----$8 200
(Q 1.01) polymettalic minerals------ $19 000
(Q 3.32) silica------$ 28 000
Prices are much lower than the current market price, not to mention that some resources (bauxit) are not publicly traded at all.
These prices should ensure that smaller players will be able to acquire resources for SUVs, Sport Cars, Electric Cars, Game Consoles, etc. production.
So bigger players will not have monopoly over gamepoint based industries anymore.
You should expect the first shipment of resources tomorrow.
Furthermore
Players will also have a chance to order refined resources like:
Duraluminium---- $75 000
Aluminium----$40 000
Lithium----- $20 000
copper----- $36 000
This warehouse will be set up in the following days, I can't tell exact qualities at the moment, but they will be higher than 5.
Apart from that, players who buy resources may ask for advices how to optimise their production, logistics, customs and tax payments.
However....
All resource orders will be capped, for well known reasons.
And there is one rule:
You MUST NOT order resources if you already own a mine of THAT resource. (e.g dont buy bauxit if you have a bauxit quarry)
If you break this rule, you will be banned from accessing Intercontinental Exchange and its resources.
