You get the responses you can expect. Advice and perspections differ from person to person, and I give strong comments, so you can actually think and reconsider, which not a lot of people are willing to do. I don't care about your feelings, I just say what I think.
Like I care you have had great internships as a student, it's a common fact you have to move a broom around as a basic logistics student, expectations are low, the appreciation is great. The same for your internship, just slightly higher leveled. The fact is that you only get simple tasks in an internship. You are a risk, you have no experience, you only have learned some basic tools, which in real life you won't use much. No business would instantly give you decent tasks instantly.
Also, just like being an entrepreneur, is marketing merely about skill and creativity. You can't learn it, you either have the skill or you don't. I have seen many marketing students fail, and ending up starting everything over again.
Besides if you are actually good in marketing, you would be able to sell yourself and wouldn't shot down the negativity, but make a good "sales" pitch. You only push people away, nobody really "buys" what you want to "sell" right now. And if you don't change your approach, nobody would "buy".
You may rate me down, you may say anything against me, but in the end of the day I'm not the one who wants to sell here anything, nor buy anything, unlike what you are trying to achieve.
Also, for your information: Some extra dots and comma's would be helpful.
Come up with your sales pitch, and hopefully get what you want! |
