Couple quick questions if I may that I've not found an answer to via forum search.
 
1) How long do you have to hold on to an enterprise before you can auction it?
 
2) Before building a factory is there a way to find out if the necessary supplies are actually available  on the market?

The player can put up for an auction any state ownership objects (mines, agricultural farms, plantations and saw-mills), purchased not less than 14 (fourteen) updates before the date of auction trade start by means of legal payments and only after the actual receipt of assets for purchasing of state ownership object to the Virtonomics account.
2) You can just create warehouse with needed specialization, check the market without placing orders and close it, if not needed any more.
