General info  Today we are announcing the beginning of the annual Miss Virtonomics contest (already forth in a raw)! The rules are almost the same to the ones of Miss Virtonomics 2010. A player of any realm can participate. The applications are only accepted from the participants themselves – you cannot apply for your wife, girlfriend or friend. You have to apply* for the contest by filling out in the Register menu. The application form consists of 5 parts: 1. Your name 2. Residence 3. Realm from which you are applying (necessary to distribute the prizes. Please, pay attention: you cannot change the realm after you have applied) 4. About me section – whatever you’d like to tell the world about yourself 5. Contest pictures - up to 3 photos of you. Please, pay attention: the first picture will be used as the main one. We accept contest pictures starting from October, 20 and up to November, 22 2011 (inclusive). November, 23-25: we are verifying received applications (see below). The voting will take place from November, 26 to December, 11. The prizes will be given out within the week from Dec. 12 to Dec. 16, 2011. * by applying a participant agrees that the Administration of the game creates a message with the indicated information in the respective forum thread. Prizes The prizes are of two kinds. 1. Points donated by the Maecenases of Virtonomics In order to make the donation easier there is a one day long innovation in the slot “Other” in My Office:  The innovation is created to donate a certain amount of points to the fund (the cost: 1, 2, 5, 10 and 50 points). The innovation is available starting from Oct. 21, 2011 on Vera, Olga, Mary and Lien. The innovations do not give any bonuses for the office (apart from nominal +1% to the staff efficiency) and disappear on the following day. Installing the innovation means you have donated the money to the fund: you can remove it right away, or even close the office. The number of installations for the same innovation in one office is unlimited, as well as the number of purchases within one day: we take into account the installations themselves. Collection of points ends on Dec. 10, 2011, 16:00 Moscow time. The withdrawal of money is irrevocable.  5 greatest Maecenases of the contest will get awards without bonuses.
2. Prizes from the Administration The contender who wins the 1st place in the voting gets 25% of the Prize Fund and the Golden Crown of Miss Virtonomics 2011 with the +6 bonuses to all top manager’s qualifications. Second place winner gets 15% of the Prize Fund and the Silver Crown of Miss Virtonomics 2011 with the +4 bonuses to all top manager’s qualifications. Third place winner gets 10% of the Prize Fund and the Bronze Crown of Miss Virtonomics 2011 with the +3 bonuses to all top manager’s qualifications. The rest 50% of the Fund are to be distributed among the contenders whose applications were verified for the contest, but did not make it to the Top-3. In addition, those who win places from 4 to 10 (inclusive) get the Brooch of the Miss Virtonomics 2011 finalist with the +2 bonuses to all top manager’s qualifications. The contenders who do not make it to the Top-10 get the Tiara of the Miss Virtonomics 2011 participant with the +1 bonuses to all top manager’s qualifications. All awards will be given out on the realm indicated in the application form (apart from Anna where there are no bonuses!). The prizes will be given out within one week, from Dec. 12 to Dec. 16 2011. The titles of the awards may be changed right before their presentation, while the value of the bonuses will stay the same. Verification  In order to check the authenticity of the applications we will have the procedure of verification. All contestants will have to make a picture with an indicated item within a given time period (the details will be sent via a private message to the company using which a contestant has applied) and then send it over to the e-mail address given in the message (the message will be sent by the system, i.e. will not be sent from any specific player). The verification picture will ONLY be used to verify your application. We will only take into account the photos of you received before 00:00 Moscow time on Nov. 26, 2011. Voting The will last from Nov. 26 to Dec. 10. To be able to vote a player must have more than $10 million of assets on one of the realms, and a confirmed e-mail address, besides, he/she has to be registered not later than Oct. 1, 2011. Every player allowed to vote can vote for 5 participants, placing them from the 1st to the 5th place at his/her discretion. For each 1st place a contestant gets 6 ranking points, for 2nd - 4, for 3rd - 3, for 4th - 2 and for the 5th place - 1. The final ranking is calculated according to the sum of ranking points received from all voters. In case the number of votes for one of the prize places is equal, the higher place goes to the contestant who has obtained more higher places (the one who gained more 1st places, in case this index is also the same, wins the one who has more 2nd places, etc.) It is forbidden to vote from different accounts simultaneously. In case we find out about such cases, the votes from all accounts will be cancelled. In addition, the Administration has the right to qualify such actions as illegal and, therefore, act in accordance with the .
