Currently, when I want upgrade my factory equipement to higher level, I have to throw old equipment in some forest, rivers,... so nobody finds it and I've place for new ones.
 
That is so very unecologic - and by recent researches prime cause of raw materials deficiency on Lian.
 
To fix this, I suggest that old equipment can be placed on global market. It's fully operational afterall, if everything is repaired, so why throw up something, that works and somebody else can use it?

you got my vote because i like any change in the game which would bring it a step closer to real-life
 
in the meantime:
- install equipment which is 1-2 tech levels higher than whats currently needed
- use even higher equipment for repair
- do not max out factory capactity... instead of using 1 factory with 2500 workers, use 2 factories with 1250 workers, when applying new tech just add some better machines instead of trashing some

No. No such thing as recycling in Virtonomics. Old equipments and unwanted products can be thrown out into black hole instead of recycling. If admin allows players to sell old equipments then the same concept must be implemented into factories where raw materials can be move back to warehouse.  
 
I've discovered that some inactive factories held million of HQ raw materials which I needed for something else but can't move back to warehouse or transfer to another factory. Not so

I've discovered that some inactive factories held million of HQ raw materials which I needed for something else but can't move back to warehouse or transfer to another factory. Not so

It is surprised Factory->Production->Yellow car.

+1 "no" from me. This is the main way to remove virtocash from the game. And this protects us from huge virtocash depreciation.
