Game situation update in Mary takes almost 3 hours for 4 days in a row.

That isn't the case at all. Daylight saving time ends on Oct. 31st for most of Europe and Russia. While in the US and North America, daylight saving time will end exactly 1 week after. Hence, the daily computer simulation ends exactly 1 hour after its usual time.
 
PS. US daylight saving time ends on Nov. 7 @ 2AM, everything should be back to normal again after that.
