... I have heard that there would not be any contest after CP but only tender. I was surprised to know that.
Why not? It is surprised
 
The game arrange the contest for new players(1-6 months) in order to make it more enjoyable and exciting.
The game arrange the contest for new players in order to encourage them to "pay" while they are enjoyable.
Within a year, they may quit the game.
 
What about the long time players?
These guys have already paid a lot to the game - not only "their real money" but also their "valuable real life time".
Some have been spending as low as 1$/month while others could be paying as high as more than 100$/month - for over a year.
Some have been playing 30 minutes/day while others have been playing as long as 6-10 hours/day - for over a year.
These people surely enjoy the game. They are the long-term customers and the most important asset of Virtonomics already.
But that does not mean the game has the right to ignore them.
What does the game do to make their game more exciting and enjoyable? Only tenders? Really? Again
 
Competition for Top 500 Companies
If the Admin worry about the expenses of prime awards, I would say "It does not always matter".
For example:
1. You may ask for products donation from each of the participating companies.
2. How about Top 500 Winning Suits?
3. A lot of other ideas...

LOL sure but I could imagine it during CP competition or something like that.
 
Here is a an idea for those that are putting up 6-10 hrs per day:
Have more than one president....3, 4 or even 5.

I love this game pretty much and I just wanted to make it more balanced.
 
Here...this is a simple thought in my opinion
1-6 months players can participate in tenders and contests: CM, CD and CP
6-24 months players can participate in tenders and Not so Tears
