Technologies should be bound to company, but when I click on individual laboratory, I see only technology it researched. Does it mean, that if I raze that building I loose all those technologies? Or, where would they goto then, if not lost?

see company->management->research for what your company has studied.

the individual labs show what that particular building studied, as you said.

if you close or sell the building, techs studied still belong to your company.

if you have some incomplete research when you sell or close your lab, that particular research will be lost - to the company who buys your lab as well as your company.
