Reply from technical support:

To produce the minimum quantity of goods (1 item) you have to fulfill the capacity of the factory of the minimal size. Your load is not complete, that is why there hasn’t been any production. Another reason why the capacity isn’t fulfilled is the technical wear of equipment, let it be insignificant, it still influences the load..
