friends i m new for this game and i need some help in case of harvesting my flower and herbs farm which i bought for points
 
but still i m not being able to harvest anything
 
there is a message all the time that waiting for season
 
Please message me helpful tips i need some help

you can find the harvest seasons in Game world>resources.
 
Someone wrote in another post that there won't be harvest if you change specialization during the active period. Also take care your technology or worker qualification is not to high as long as your Top manager qualification is to low; if i understood correctly the top manager qualification only grows during harvest season.
 
Own experience: i recently bought a farm with max. quality 3 but i can't apply a tech higher than level 2 otherwise the farm's efficiency drops. below 100%
