In August, 10, 2010 the system of indicators for the processes at your subdivisions is to be introduced in the game. The indicators are images meant to let you now that something is going on with a particular unit. They will be reflected in the Products column.
 
There are three categories of notifications: critical; potentially harmful; general. The categories will also be reflected in graphics.
 
The first category includes:
 
No employees or equipment - Quantity of workers OR equipment is 0 (when both indices are at 0, it’s not indicated)
The employees are on vacation - The employees have been sent on vacation
The employees are being trained - The duration of training for any number of employees: =>1 week
The enterprise has been put up for an auction - The current sign will be replaced
The enterprise is on sale - The current sign will be replaced
The enterprise is being expanded
The warehouse is overfilled! - The occupancy exceeds 75%
 

The service level at the store is less than maximum - The service level is not Elite
The store popularity is at 0 - The store popularity is at 0 while the efficiency is higher than 0%
The ad campaign of the store is not effective - The campaign efficiency is lower than the total store efficiency, but higher than 0

No price is set or the sale is not happening - The selling price is 0 or there have been chosen the “Not for sale” option – ONLY if there are goods available for sale (that haven’t been ordered) and if you have NOT set the mode “Sale”(in the future we are planning to use this indicator for factories and warehouses)
 
There have been set the “Sale” mode for one or more articles – For one of the articles of trade (which are available for orders) there has been set the “Sale” mode

Aug., 23 edition
Upgrade of the subdivision is at the stage of completion – There is 1 day left until the enterprise is upgraded

Sept., 10 edition

The influence of a subsidiary on the investigation speed is less than 100% – There is no enterprise attached at the stage of Industrial tests, or the investigation speed is not at maximum due to the attached enterprise

Sept., 23 edition

 
Insufficient supply of raw material – There are not enough raw materials (less than it’s required; considering the number of employees, quantity of equipment, the technology and the 100% efficiency)
)Possible shoartage of raw materials – In case the current mode is not changed, raw materials supply (any materials used for production) is going to run out less than in two weeks

Oct., 14 edition

 
Quality of the equipment does not meet the requirements of technology – The quality is less than it is required by the technology (considering bonuses reducing the requirements to the equipment quality based on the top manager’s level), except for the enterprises on vacation and those lacking equipment
 

 
Loading of the enterprise is incomplete - The number of employees is not equal to the required number in comparison to the quantity of equipment on the enterprise, except for the enterprises on vacation (with zero quantity of equipment and personnel)

I agree, if we can get indicators that say supply is less than 100% load, that would pretty much fill all the gaps.

Question: "The service level at the store is less than maximum - The service level is not Elite".  How can I know what Service Level is and increase it?  Also, what does Elite mean?
 

question: "The ad campaign of the store is not effective - The campaign efficiency is lower than the total store efficiency, but higher than 0".  My Campaign Efficiency is about 97%.  How can I get it higher?

You increase service level by training employees, there are usually tips in green that tell you how high you level of service is. Elite service can influence your sales, however elite service is not always necessary. It can be useful for some contests or if your store sells luxury in fashionable district, for instance..
 
Try changing or adding advertising channels or increasing your qualification in Marketing.

What can i do if the influence of the subsidiary is not 100%? I don`t understand the role of the subsidiary. I have a research stoped in the last stage because the (existing and working) subsidiary factory is "absent".
Can I get some help?
