Isn't the state enterpise market controlled by the admin's ?
 
How is it possible to sell you plantations for game point ?
 
P.S WATCH OUT FOR BUYING STATE ENTERPRISE FROM THE MARKET PLACE,  IT'S PROBABLY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN BUYING IT YOURSELF.

i dont think you can sell for points since that's what virtonomics is trying to do all the way ~

maybe this is true, but here you can customize how large a mine is or the complexity of it or the reserves of the sources, so it's worth the extra for those who dont take no for an answer

bought a sawmill 4 points more than it is on normal market ( stupid me for not checking )
 
But i thought i could trust it !!!
 
Think these should be outlet prices as mostly they are from deleted companies !!!

there is only two places where you can buy mines and farms for game points - state enterprises, where the mines have already been created, but owned by virtonomica, and you can also create own yourself with your specification. no one can sell enterprises for game points.

State enterprises that belong to bankrupt companies don't get sold on the market. They disappear forever.

When a company goes bankrupt, it's sold for lower prices to get the bank/owner a little off it's fund's back.
Not sell it again for more money/points than it's worth.
 
It think they should sell it cheaper than it was, when i create it myself not  double the price. I am malicious

State enterprises that belong to bankrupt companies don't get sold on the market. They disappear forever.

When a company goes bankrupt, it's sold for lower prices to get the bank/owner a little off it's fund's bank.
Not sell it again for more money/points than it's worth.

Standard enterprises of a bankrupt company will get listed on the normal market at less than asset cost, State enterprises do not.
 
Aside from the two methods that TradeEmpire listed you can purchase a state enterprise in a standard auction, or a super auction. Super auctions still require payment in points while standard auctions are paid with game cash.
To start an auction the company must be active, bankrupt companies cannot start an auction, so any state enterprises owned by a company that goes bankrupt will disappear from the game.
