Is there a table with what quality of machines should i have on tehnology 12 for example ?
 
Something like
 
Tehnology 5 - machines quality 6.80
Teh 6 - machines quality 7.92
 
and so on .
 
I have a chance to find something like this ?

Machinery quality needed for lvl12 is 19.73 (at least so the calculator shows)

I was a bit ambiguous, I meant when using instruments in the laboratories (=the instrument quality required for researching certain tech level). The difference seems to grow a bit by each level, level 2: Q2.28 instruments, Q2.30 machines. At level 9, the difference is 0.12.
 
Yeah, the difference doesn't seem to be huge, but it's there and it would be quite useful to know the exact formula/see the table.
