Looks great to me. About the store's slots -
1) Will it be able to specialize in Clothes for example but have some jewelry in the store? and how it should effect the bonus.
2) Will the slots be independent from other slots? (because I'd rather much more customers due to my parking slot than 10% up on sales volume...)
3) What will get the max bonus - the small stores or the big ones?
 
Seems to be great improvement. Well done

It is right direction! Seems need spend some points to reach bonuses. To me still not very important yet, but later will be on the full markets.

1. You can sell whatever you want and however you want – the bonus only influences the goods category which applies to the artifact, it does not influence the sales of other goods.
2. Independent.

Slots are always available. You’ll be able to obtain innovations partially for the Virtonomics money, partially – for points, depending on the enterprise’s size.

Specialisation bonuses are a step in the right direction, but we need this type of thing for production, even just temporary innovations while the realm is massively undersupplied.
 
Some innovation suggestions:
Efficiency expert
Bonus: Gain 10% production increase through more efficient use of raw materials and staff' time.
 
Saturation marketing
Bonus: Increased brand growth when product is advertised.
 
Possible new award:
Production magnate
Bonus: Increase to production qualification
 
Ideally it would be a levelled award that gives a higher bonus for a higher number and/or % of production related buildings (labs, offices and factories).
Eg. Player 1 has 100 subdivisions with all of them being factories, offices or labs.
Player 2 has 100 subdivisions but only 50 total are factories, offices or labs.
Player 3 has 100 subdivisions with 80 of them being factories, offices or labs.
 
Player 1 should get a large production q bonus, player 3 should get a small bonus and player 2 gets no bonus.
 
A similar system for higher numbers of subdivisions could also be a good addition.
