Specialisation bonuses are a step in the right direction, but we need this type of thing for production, even just temporary innovations while the realm is massively undersupplied.
Some innovation suggestions:
Efficiency expert
Bonus: Gain 10% production increase through more efficient use of raw materials and staff' time.
Saturation marketing
Bonus: Increased brand growth when product is advertised.
Possible new award:
Production magnate
Bonus: Increase to production qualification
Ideally it would be a levelled award that gives a higher bonus for a higher number and/or % of production related buildings (labs, offices and factories).
Eg. Player 1 has 100 subdivisions with all of them being factories, offices or labs.
Player 2 has 100 subdivisions but only 50 total are factories, offices or labs.
Player 3 has 100 subdivisions with 80 of them being factories, offices or labs.
Player 1 should get a large production q bonus, player 3 should get a small bonus and player 2 gets no bonus.
A similar system for higher numbers of subdivisions could also be a good addition. |
