what does it mean when it says (considering stock) after estimated supply cost for this week? bearing in mind i am new and have no stock

I don't know exactly what you mean, can you maybe post a screenshot in support of your question?

It means that sum was calculated not by your orders (which can be big), but was calculated including also available volumes of goods (which can be smaller that your orders).
