It's under Analytics --> Macroeconomics. Click country then Customs duties.
 
If you're selling everything in the USA then you could put the factory in the USA to avoid export fees. In the Southern States, you'd just pay 20% income tax. Kazakhstan is 20% income + 1% export. Uzbekistan and Vietnam have 10% income tax + 6% export tax. Sometimes the Far East in Russia is a good option since it's only 10% income tax and sometimes no export tax.
