I am looking to sell several of my divisions.

Most of these units are turn-key units which contain trained workers for their tech level, equipment of the proper quality with very little wear, and enough supply to get you started immediately (no waiting a day for your first set of supply to arrive). You can basically buy them and start producing right away with very little work.
