Has something changed in the way mills that are for sale are valued?

It seems a lot of the mills that were for sale for $1.5 to $2.0M are now priced at $15M, $20M, sometimes $40M.

Was there a change made to the valuation formula?

I doubt that anything changed. Just some players are more greedy.

I'm selling 10 fully developed mills with tech 11, fully equipped and with all trained workers in it - price: 1,145 mio each ... I think that is fair price for mills. Just change the salary and it's ready to work.

I don't think it's change by the players though.

It's the exact same mills. One day they were $1.5M -30%....next day they were were $20M and -30%.  No change in anything.

It's almost like the minimum sale value calculation was changed.
