From time to time Titian Limited is able to offer one time first class procurement opportunities arising from changes in production plans, re-stocking, quality upgrades, company restructuring etc.
Rules: §1 All positions will be auctioned/sold within this forum topic.
§2 Titian Limited is at any point in time before the actual transaction allowed to terminate any auction/offer
§3 Buyers/Bidders have to meet any agreement made within this topic between them and Titian Limited
§4.1 Bidders can make a bid on any quantity of a position offered by Titian Limited within this topic
§4.2 "The highest bids get served first" (i.e. e.g. if 100 units are offered and A bids x for 70 units and B bids x-1 for 60 units, A will be sold 70 units for x each whilst B will be sold 30 units for x-1 each)
§4.3.1 Bidders must give the lot ID their lien company name and an individual ID for their bid
§4.3.2 Bidders may make different bids for the same lot
§4.3.3.1 Bidders may update a previous bid by re-using a Bid-ID
§4.3.3.2 Updated Bids must contain the same quantity and a higher unit price than the previous bid
§4.4.1 Bids may not be withdrawn
§4.4.2 It is forbidden to edit or delete posts containing after more than 2 minutes after its creation.
§5 There is always an "instant buy" option. Instant Buyers can purchase any available quantity at a price of at least 120% of the current highest bid for any quantity.
§6.1 Auctions will end either 24h after the last bid or at the specified closing/date time
§6.2 Titian Limited may extend an auction at will without having to give any justification.
