Well, my qualification level in "production" isn't growing as fast as I want, so launching of new bakeries is a problem.
But 400 mills are producing nice volumes of flour. Therefore my warehouse now is overflowed with flour

I Have 20 mln of flour q3.2 and 7 mln q2.98

So I want to make a deal with someone who has good qualification in "production":

I supply you flour for very low price - 5$
Your factories produce bread (technology level must be at least 5, 6-7 will be perfect)
I buy 2/3 of bread produced of my flour for price 10$, 1/3 you hold for your needs
