1. A newly established "Mineral Processing" factory (600 Workplaces and 2400 equipment Qty) with 12,000 pcs of Polymettalic Ore. Each ore is valued at least $10,000/pcs (current market value) and I am willing to sell all for $7.5 million.
2. A newly established "Communication Equipment Assembly" Plant valued at $1.1million. This is a new company with no equipment or employees and is sold as a package deal.
So here is how I am willing to sell: you buy the Communication Assembly Plant first, and then you buy the Mineral Processing Plant with the 12,000 pcs of ore. In addition, you would receive (exclusively) another 13,000 pcs at $500. Altogether, you receive 25,000 pcs of metallic ore valued at $250,000,000.
