Currently the lowest price for microprocessors on the market is $2,000 for Q2.
The best possible deal at the moment is $2,300 for Q4.3.
Production costs, however, are very small:
Worker Salary: 1 salary per microprocessor = ~$60 depending on the city.
Material costs: 1/10 silica = ~$8.
That means the production costs could be below $100.
With silica Q1 you already produce Q2.8 microprocessors with technology level 5, and Q5 with technology level 12.
 
For anyone out there having trouble with making profit in the production industry: take this golden opportunity and produce microprocessors!
