Hello everyone,

I want to buy a couple of gas stations and auto repairs.

Gas Stations: they should have suppliers for all the products except for gasoline premium, and the qulaity of the products provided by the supllier must be a couple points above the market average and lastly the products must carry a brand of altleast 2.

Autorepairs: i prefer autos with high popularity

Payment terms: if i get all this i dont mind paying a 50% premium on the total asset cost.
