This might belong moreso in the suggestions area (my comment that is, yours was well placed! Congrats on the sale! )
But I feel like the "only 30% below asset value" is the reason the enterprise market isn't a bigger part of this game. It might not be worth it to pay 70% value for some things, but 40% would make it absurdly worthwhile, and I'm sure the owners of said enterprises would be more than happy to have their subdivision thats been on the market for 2 years without any interest sold for half price.
I get that they have to have the limits on how low things can be sold to avoid jobbery and illegal styles of collusion, but it really hampers the game... Maybe something like a limit based on how much the enterprise is worth
(Ie.- 400M enterprise can be sold for 40%, but a 1B enterprise can only be sold for 60% etc etc )
