Good day,
I'm selling a 1,000 m2 food store in Birmingham + Pastry factory, which accounts for >40% of the turnover, + Pasta factory of a total value as today of around $9,792,839.
All enterprises are on sale in the public market. I'll make a special offer of $8,500,000 if you buy the 3 enterprises.
If needed I may add a poultry farm (eggs) of a value of $1,472,002 for 1,000,000 if you buy the 4 of them.
Turnover and profits are steady and positives, I just decided not to invest anymore in the food business .

Today I put 5 enterprises (I added a mill) at minimum price for sale on the public market. I'll certainly need to close the left ones tomorrow as I will need the workforce capacity.
