A contract for 10 turns would be interesting for me. Eventually also longer.

I would buy 100,000 pcs / week for 10 weeks totalling 1 million pcs. I don't know if you actually consider this a significant order, but for my budget it is *g*.

The price depends on the quality, which you didn't mention in your post. I can offer up to $200 / unit including shipping and customs if the quality is high starting at $100 / unit including shipping and customs if quality is only 1. There are no customs when you're located in Turkey.
