• 100 votes are given to the governors of the country's regions (equal for each governorate irrespective of the size of the region, with a bonus of 20% for patriots and monarchists);
  
• 70 votes are given to the leaders of the retail rating in the country (10 votes to each in the first seven);
  
• 30+ votes are given to the leaders of the service rating in the country (5 votes to the leader of each of the services);
  
• 70 votes are given to the leaders of the seven following realm ratings: Success, Popularity, Social Ranking, "Contests" Rating, "Corporations" Rating, "Current" Technological Rating, "Mining" Rating); 10 votes on each of these rankings gets the best player (in the case of corporate rating - the best president of the corporation) of the first ten players with the highest level of party representation (villas) in the country, with equal level of villas benefits a higher place in the ranking;
  
• 30+ votes are given to sellers of government-controlled goods by realm without addiction to the country (10 votes per good,  votes are in proportion to the total revenue for government-controlled goods stored in 52 game conversions);
  
• 50 votes are given to chairmen of political parties in proportion to the points value of party offices (villas) in the country.
  

• All elections are initiated automatically during the update from Sunday to Monday (immediately after the results for the gubernatorial elections and the renewal of the State Council);
  
• Stage of nomination of candidates does not exist, a list of candidates for the post of head of the state is generated automatically. The list includes: a) candidates from parties with a maximum level for the given representation of the country (but not below the 5th); b) the candidates of parties with the governors in the country and with representatives of the level not lower than the 4th; c) the party candidates from among the influential advisers to prevent uncontested elections in cases where only one candidate is found in step (a), or only one or two candidates in step (b);
  
• From the party can be nominated only one candidate having the largest number of votes in the Council of the country (with equality of votes in the Council benefits the player with a higher rank in the party, with equal rank candidate is determined randomly). • The Law on Catering. For the period of action attendance to restaurants is doubled. At the same time, however, 10% of the country costs are raising in all its regions for development.
