This spring electricity will be invented in Virtonomics
As expected, on March 12, 2013 small energy reform will be help up, during which the system of electric power consumption and tariffing will be re-organized.
Shortly, rules of new energetics of Virtonomics:
1 . The electricity consumption model on production will be essentially changed. Instead of the old scheme "at plant of N-specialization - X mW/h of the electric power is spent for production of 1 unit of product", the scheme "for work of 1 unit of equipment on plant of N-specialization - Y mW/h of the electric power is spent". After all, not the products consume energy, but the working equipment does. Even if it was idle because of, let us assume, low efficiency, high wear or lack of raw materials.
2 . Hi-tech productions will consume more energy (3% of growth of consumption for each technological level in a geometrical progression). The same, it will be fair for livestock farms, sawmills and fishing bases. For mines growth of power consumption will be more moderate (1% for each technological level), but the multiplier of consumption of energy depending on complexity of production will remain.
3 . The enterprises with low efficiency will spend more electric power, by analogy to warehouse expenses power consumptions will grow beginning from 90% efficiency (from 90% to 50% of efficiency the multiplier grows to 5, from 50% to 0% of efficiency the multiplier grows to 100).
4 . Tariffs for the electric power will be attached to the region and branch, recalculation of tariffs will be carried out on the minimum current value in the region cities, and for the branch enterprises "Agriculture" with an additional discount of 50%. In financial reports of subdivisions the expense the energy enterprise (mW/h) and a tariff will be shown.
5 . The cities will consume also (and pay) the electric power depending on number of inhabitants and level of the development. Due to it the structure of expenses of the city hall will change: costs of city inprovement and the maintenance of public order will decrease by 20%, but expenses on the consumed electric power will be added.
P.S. Changes won't concern agricultural farms and plantations - for them power consumption and expenses of the category "Fuel, Energy" will remain in an invariable look.
