Starting from June 8, 2009 we are introducing a new control option: massive operations with staff (Company - Managment - Employees).
 
Main opportunities:
 
* - manage salary: select enterprises and change salary depending on the city average level. The current salary level in percents of city average rate is shown in the enterprise column, right under the current salary rate;
 
* - hire employees: now it is easy to fix the lack of employees. New staff will have skills level equal to city average. Hiring expenses will be standard (half of weekly average salary for the current enterprise);
 
* - dismiss employees:  select enterprise and dismiss its staff. So easy, isn't it? At this operation you'll have to pay dismissal wages (weekly salary for the current enterprise);
 
* - and the most interesting - Holiday mode. You can send employees on vaction; in this case the selected enterprises won't work, employees will get 50% of city average salary and will save all their skills. However, the efficiency of staff on holiday will be 0% (the same as enterprise efficiency).  In case if you want to send on vacation people from the managing office, the efficiency of all enterprises which are under this office' control, will go down to the bottom line - 0%.  
 
There is one more thing to say: there are some additional options to freeze the enterprise activity. In "Holiday" bookmark you can zero or cancel (cancel agreement) the purchases.
