This week (around Jan. 18-19, 2011) there will be introduced a new marketing opportunity for production subdivisions and warehouses: the option order limit.
A supplier will be able to limit the quantity of produced goods shipped within an update for each of his offers. The restriction will be reflected on the order page: Max: 1 in the line "Quantity in stock/ Total".
The restriction will be applied for separate contracts (not for company’s total of goods for sale).
In case the enterprise’s politics changes AND the current order exceeds the new limit by a supplier, a client gets a notification mail. The client then gets the amount which corresponds to the new limit, even if there has been ordered more.
All changes of this kind take place during updates (the shipping of the following updates after the change of politics are executed according to the previous terms of the contract, i.e. not taking into account the new restrictions.
The restrictions will be implemented ONLY for shipments which take place during an update, i.e. they are not for the equipment and animals purchased for current needs od enterprises.
Currently the following categories of goods from the Independent suppliersare effected by these restrictions:
Lien
- 1 item
- 1 item
- 1 item
- 1 item
- 1 item
- 1 item
- 500 000 item
The option will be available to the players after it’s been successfully tested.
