1. We are abolishing the qualification for the Contest for Managers: upon the expiration of 14 updates since the beginning of the contest the players won’t need the 5th level of the qualification in Management anymore;
2. We bring back the prime award of the Contest for Managers, which will be calculated according to the new rules. The rules are the same to the ones for prime awards in the Contest for Presidents. For the first place in any of the nominations you get 5 points, for the second place – 3 points, for the third place – a point. The winner is a participant to gain more points. In case of equality of the gained points standard rules of additional ranking of the players in the nominations are applied (at first, according to the amount of unspent VIRTs, then – according to the assets). The winner gets an agricultural farm of 1000 hectares located randomly with the 1st level of fertility and worth of 50 points. As earlier, there is a prime award only if the total prize in the Contest for Managers is at least 50 points;
3. The qualification for the Contest for Directors has become simpler. All players who have played on the realm for the first three months, completed participation in the Contest for Managers and have the qualification in Management at least 5 not considering awarded bonuses will qualify. As earlier, contests are conducted only in case there are at least 30 participants who meet the requirements;
4. The procedure of qualification for the Contest for Directors has been abolished;
5. Instead of VIRTs the winners of the Contest for Managers and the Contest for Directors will now get bonus points appointed to the realm. Apart from that, you still need the qualification in Management at least 10 not considering awarded bonuses by the moment of the contest completion in order to be able to get the prize;
6. Directors the amount of whom will be a determinating factor for the conducting of the Contest for Presidents are the participants of the completed Contests for Directors who have took the places not lower than the 5th one in any of the nominations OR the participants who have the qualification in Management at least 10 not considering awarded bonuses at the moment of the contest completion;
7. The requirement to have 15 unspent VIRTs in order to participate in the main stage of the Contest for Presidents has been abolished;
8. As an experiment we’ve decided to try introducing to the duel (special) tenders a guaranteed minimum total prize of 10 bonus points regardless of the amount of registered users.

P. 2 - within the update from May, 17 to May, 18 for all contests, including the ones already started;
P. 3 - within the update from May, 17 to May, 18 when generating new Contests for Directors;
P. 4 - within the update from May, 12 to May, 13 for all contests, including the ones already started;
P. 5 – on June, 8 the last payments of prizes in VIRTs of the Contests for Managers and the Contests for Directors are to be realized;
P. 6 - within the update from May, 12 to May, 13;

P. 8 - within the update from May, 12 to May, 13.
