I'd love to see a better layout of the list of subdivisions. It would be nice to have complete control over the list, moving the subdivisions up/down the list to suit our needs.
 
An interactive design would be great -- drag the subdivisions wherever you like. I'm no coding wiz, but it seems pretty simple enough to introduce, and would save a lot of coffees. My beautifully photoshopped image will explain better:
 

In the image, you'll see my factories are all mixed up: Frozen (employees on vacation) subdivisions are mingling with the crappy factories, and the crappy factories are mingling with my more important ones. It's chaos!!

Agreed. For now most people tend to change subdivision names in order to get them in the right order in the enterprise list.
It would be nice to be able to drag and drop them around Well

I like the idea but that requires knowing stuff they prob don't know...

Imo if you have 30 divisions of one type you can always sort by using specialty dropdown and name them that way.

Maybe a mass-rename function could be useful for now until they hopefully implement a drag and drop function

Renaming subdivisions will not only get them in a required order on subdivision list but also on management and supply pages.
 
I'm using an older Xioscript for bulk renaming:

Or this one, which does the same, and additionally allows to bulk change subdivision specialisation among a few other things:
